Hi there.
We’re so happy you’re here!
You might be wondering who we are, what we’re doing, and how we came to start this little project.
Who are The Three?
We are Jo, Karly, and Hannah, three ladies of different ages, backgrounds, and interests, but with one big thing in common: we like things, and we like to talk about them.
The three of us met in 2014, when we all came to London–Karly from Canada, Jo from America, and Hannah from Australia. We came for different reasons, but bonded over a shared interest in art, feminism, and boozy conversations.
What is The Three?
The Three is a place for us to share the things we think a lot about, and a space for others to do so as well. If you’re interested in contributing, please get in touch! You can find our guidelines here.
We post every Friday at 4pm GMT. Our posts cover a variety of topics, including film/art/literature reviews, thought pieces, and articles. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to be notified when we’ve got a new post up.
Check out what’s live on the site:
From Jo
If I’d had to guess what event in my life would tip me over the scale of sane into sobbing and incapable of moving forward—I wouldn’t have said Tanya.
From Karly
What is it, and why do we have to deal with this bullshit?
From Hannah
Lee Krasner looks you right in the eye, and her young figurative portrait shows a completely formed sense of self.
